Founder & CEO

Dhirendra Rayal is the Founder and CEO of UK Himalayan Properties Pvt. Ltd., bringing nearly a decade of hands-on real estate experience since 2017....His core expertise covers land aggregation, land acquisition, development planning, site assessment, NOC and approval coordination, and the practical understanding of hill real estate across Uttarakhand. After years of on-ground work, he incorporated UK Himalayan Properties as a private limited company in 2024 with a vision to build a trusted, development-focused platform connecting landowners, buyers, investors and hospitality partners. He leads the company’s strategy, opportunity assessment and long-term development vision.
